How to Part Exchange

This will explain exactly what you have to do when part exchanging your quality clubs against any item in our shop.

1. Contact us by skype/email or call 01241 857951/851984, please provide us with the following information.

  • General : Brand / Model / Loft / RH or LH/Number of clubs

  • Shaft : Make / Model / Flex / Graphite or Steel

  • Head cover : Included or not

  • A basic description of the condition

  • Your valuation of your club/s

When we have the above information we will quote for your clubs.

2. You will pay the full amount for your chosen item.

3. We will then dispatch your item on the same day*

4. When you receive your item, you put your quality clubs inside the box and send the clubs to us.

5. When we have received your part exchange we will then refund** your credit/debit card or paypal account.

* If your order is placed before 14:00 (GMT) then it will be dispatched the same day (mon-fri).

** We will provide a quote based on the details that you the customer have provided us with, should your clubs arrive here and they are not as described eg different shafts/grips, damaged heads not in the condition rendered etc etc we reserve the right to contact you to resolve the matter.

Part Exchange is available against all products at The Carnoustie Golf Shop, Angus, Tayside, Scotland authorised fitting centre.

If its a new set of custom fitted irons from Callaway, Mizuno, Ping, TaylorMade or Titleist your after then contact us now with details of your part exchange.
